Refund policy

Full priced items that are not on sale & are purchased in Egypt, can be exchanged or returned within 7 days. Items must be in their original condition with tags, unworn and with original packaging to be eligible for exchange or return. Shipping and handling fees of 200 EGP have to be covered by the customer in that case. 

No exchange or returns are available for face masks, items on sale, or are part of an offer or international orders.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us via email. Otherwise, shipping fees are to be covered by the customer if their order has already shipped.
We reserve the right not to serve customers in the future who have refused to receive their order or want to cancel it after it ships from our side.
