At NINE & BEYOND, it is important that you are happy with our products and customer service. Get in touch if you have any questions from Sunday-Thursday at 10:00-3:00 PM.
Orders placed after 1 PM (UTC+ 2:00) on Thursday, will be processed the following Sunday.
- Shipment tracking information will be sent by email after order is placed.
- Usually any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Though we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties, we are here to help.
-Customers inside of Egypt can pay for their order using: Cash On Delivery option, Bank Transfer OR using Paypal
- International customers can pay for their order using Bank Transfer OR PayPal only.
We offer easy return and exchange.
- You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date except for face masks for hygiene purposes.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging and handling fee of 55 egp will be deducted.
- If the returned item did not meet the condition specified in the return policy, please be aware that we may not be able to refund you the full amount or exchange the item.
- If you would like to exchange an item(s) that you purchased for a different size or style, we will be happy to send the new item(s) out. Please note that exchange depends on the availability of the products. Please allow up to 7 days from the time your exchange is received, to process it and ship out your new item(s). If you need your items sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best!
- Return & exchange is not currently available for customers outside of Egypt.
All items on Sale are FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
