ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed after 1 PM (UTC+ 2:00)  on Thursday, will be processed the following Sunday. 

 

SHIPPING

We are excited to offer a flat rate inside Giza & Cairo. Shipping rates differ to the rest of Egypt. If ordering from any other place in Egypt, we will happily send you the applicable rate once you place your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Customers outside of Egypt are eligible to shop ONLY from our 'International Shop' and any orders placed from our 'Egypt Shop' will be cancelled automatically.

- Shipment tracking information will be sent by email after order is placed.

- Usually any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Though we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties, we are here to help. 

 

PAYMENT

-Customers inside of Egypt can pay for their order using: Cash On Delivery option OR using Paypal

- International customers can pay for their order using PayPal only.

 

We offer easy return and exchange.

- You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date

- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.

- If the returned item did not meet the condition specified in the return policy, please be aware that we may not be able to refund you the full amount or exchange the item.

- If you would like to exchange an item(s) that you purchased for a different size or style, we will be happy to send the new item(s) out to you FREE of additional shipping charge, within Cairo & Giza only. Please note that exchange depends on the availability of the products. Please allow up to 7 days from the time your exchange is received, to process it and ship out your new item(s).  If you need your items sooner, please email us at info@ninebeyond.com and we will do our best!

- Return & exchange is not currently available for customers outside of Egypt.
